Insufficient Address Policy
If package is returned for Insufficient Address or Vacant Address, we will attempt to contact said customer via provided customer information. Once notified, customer has 48hrs to respond via email, text or phone. Customer must remit payment for reshipment of package to correct shipping address. If no response, order will be cancelled and refunded LESS shipping fee and inconvenience fee of 10% subtotal of order.
We honor all returns within 30 days of delivery within reason and circumstance. Contact us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org or call toll-free 844-422-4443 to notify us of the return or issue with your order. Buyer will be refunded or replacement order will be re-shipped within 48hrs of us receiving the returned items.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We need your phone number to contact you in case if we need any further information about your order details.
