Do you provide discreet shipping? 

Yes, we ship all orders in either opaque white colored poly mailers or cardboard shipping boxes. 

Where are you located?

We ship from our locations in New Jersey, Georgia and California. We also have lots of inventory stored with Amazon and in some cases they will fulfill our orders as well.

Can I come in person to pickup my order?

Unfortunately no. We are not open to the public and are exclusively an online order company. 

Can I get a tracking number for my order?

If you entered the correct contact phone number and email address when your order was placed, there was a SMS text and an email sent with your order confirmation. After we shipped your order, the tracking information was sent automatically also. In addition, make sure you download the Shop App to your phone for real time tracking information. 

My order came with items missing, what gives?

Many times, like Amazon, we ship from different locations to fulfill orders. If you received an order with items missing, your remaining items are on the way.

How long does it take my order to get shipped and get to me?

All products that are in stock usually ship within 24 hours of order completion but can take up to 1-2 business days to ship. Back ordered products can take 3-5 business days to ship. We prefer to use USPS, however, UPS and DHL are also shipping options at the checkout. Once your order is shipped, USPS First Class usually take 3-5 days and USPS Priority usually take 2-3 days. 

What if something I ordered ends up being out of stock?

We will contact you via phone, text or email to offer you a replacement item of equal or greater value, or you can choose store credit for a future order. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
